We whole-heartedly believe in the importance of continuing education for coaches, athletes, and club administrators. To further develop innovation and leadership in the rowing community, we provide Changemaker Scholarships for all ages in an effort to support new visions for rowing.
With the partnership of organizations and businesses, our Changemaker Fund for the Advancement of Leaders in Rowing has provided scholarships for USRowing conventions, UCanRow2 indoor rowing certification trainings, and the Science of Rowing Virtual Conference.
We are currently seeking sponsors to help send Changemakers to conferences and courses throughout 2025.
