Join us for an on-line 60-minute steady state workout designed for every body! Haven't done a 60-minute piece in ages? Working towards a PR? Para athlete? We're here to motivate, provide cues, and offer up accountability and community. Oh, and of course have some fun! Arrive warmed up, work at your own pace, and stick around after to chat. Pre-registration required.
