Co-Founders Rachel Freedman and Tara Morgan combined have nearly 40 years of rowing, coaching, and coxing experience.
Rachel lives in Washington, DC, rows with Capital Rowing Club, and is the founder of RowSource and the Alliance of Women Rowing Coaches.
Tara lives on Vashon Island, WA, rows with Vashon Island Rowing Club, and founded Seize the Oar Foundation.
We are also USRowing Level II certified coaches, with experience coaching LTR, novice, juniors, and masters programs.
